RAFFLE RULES AND REGULATIONS 

    1. This raffle is conducted by Capacitor Records (the “Giver”), located at 2006 NJ-71., Spring Lake, NJ 07772.
    2. The raffle will be conducted from 8-30-21 to 9-17-21 with tickets available for purchase while quantities last through 7:00 p.m. EST on 9-17-21.  The Giver reserves the right to sell a limited number of tickets on the day of the drawing if any are available.
    3. A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold at $10 per ticket. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of valid entries.
    4. Content entries must include a valid email address with the purchase of any physical capacitor records branded music, vinyl, cd or tape OR contest raffle tickets.
    5. Winners will be picked by random drawing to be held at 9:00 p.m. EST on 9-17-21.
    6. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be contacted immediately after the drawing.
    7. If the winner cannot be reached at the phone number, email address or mailing address on the entry for any reason by 9-17-21, a disqualification will result, and an alternate winner will be drawn.
    8.  A copy of all rules and eligibility requirements will be posted on the Capacitor Records website.
    9. The employees of the Giver, may not participate in the raffle.
    10. Prizes to be given away in the raffle include: 
    • 1st Prize: Quantity two (2) tickets to Punk Rock Bowling 2021, Las Vegas ($340 value)
    • 2nd Prize: Basment Sessions Volume ¾, Vinyl ($16 value)
    • 3rd Prize: You Can’t Kill Rock N’ Roll CD ($10 value)
